2. What we collect and where it comes from
When you register, the form asks for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. We may also receive the information you choose to send us in replies or enquiries, your registration and communication history, and basic page-use or referral information such as campaign parameters, browser/device information and cookies where the page or its providers collect them. Piyachai records the online class. If you participate with your camera or microphone on, the recording may include your image or voice. The details come from you, your interaction with our page, form and class, and the services used to operate them. We do not ask for health details in the registration form; please avoid sending sensitive health information through it.
3. Why we use it
We use registration details to reserve your place, send joining details and relevant class reminders, answer enquiries, operate and improve the class, prevent misuse, and keep records needed for support and legal obligations. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send occasional information about future Power Breath classes and related Living Breathing PLT workshops or services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the instructions in the message or by emailing [email protected]. We may still send essential messages about a class you registered for.
4. Who may receive it
People helping Piyachai run the class may access only the information needed for their work. We use HighLevel/LeadConnector to host the landing page, registration form and contact records, Zoom to deliver the online class, and email or messaging providers to send class communications. These providers may process information on our behalf and may store or process it outside Malaysia. We require appropriate safeguards and limit access to what is needed to provide their services. We do not sell registration details.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, ask about its use, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to direct marketing. You can also choose not to supply optional information or not to register, but without the required contact details we cannot send your class access. Contact us at [email protected]. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred and may prevent us from providing the class or requested follow-up.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable access controls and safeguards appropriate to the information, though no online system is risk-free. We retain registration and communication information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or maintain an ongoing relationship you requested.
7. Cookies, changes and contact
The page or embedded services may use cookies and similar technology needed for the form, page functionality, security and measurement. Browser settings may let you limit cookies, although parts of the form may stop working. We may update this notice when our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
